    Spicy Cheesy Corn

December 29, 2018 by spinman Leave a Comment

This spicy, cheesy corn dish is a family recipe that's usually only made on Thanksgiving and Christmas. The creaminess of this side dish along with the spicy hints of jalapeño is so delicious it will have you going back for seconds.

I have discovered throughout the years that this dish is a hit anytime! It is my goto side dish for potlucks because it's a simple and straightforward recipe, and I have even made it before using a crockpot.
