Description
This easy pulled pork stir-fry recipe is a healthy and low carb meal. It comes together fast you can have dinner ready and on the table in 15 minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of pulled pork
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 orange bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup of frozen green beans
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- red chili flakes – optional
Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium to high heat.

Add onions and saute for 2 minutes before adding garlic. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes until softened and onions lightly browned.

Add pepper and carrots and saute for a few minutes.

Reduce heat slightly and add the pulled pork. Stir for 3-4 minutes to warm pork.

Add low sodium soy sauce and continue to stir for 1-2 minutes.

Plate and garnish with red chili flakes.
