I have discovered throughout the years that this dish is a hit anytime! It is my goto side dish for potlucks because it’s a simple and straightforward recipe, and I have even made it before using a crockpot.

Description
This dish is one of my families favorite side dishes. It’s so easy and always tastes delicious!
Ingredients
- 3 can’s of shoepeg corn
- 3 jalapeno diced (remove seeds)
- 8 oz of cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 salt
- 1/4 pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Server warm, enjoy!
